This site belongs to Krishna Teja Kurapati, who sets up AI receptionists, chatbots, follow-up automations and ad campaigns for businesses. This page explains what happens to information you share here, and how I handle data for clients.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, business, email, phone number if you add it, and your message. It is sent to me by email through Resend and a copy is stored in Supabase, a secure database, so no message gets lost. If the form can't send, it offers to open WhatsApp or email with your message already written, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If visit counting is switched on, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites.

How I use it

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. I do not sell or share your details for marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Data I handle for clients

When I set up an AI receptionist, chatbot, missed-call follow-up or review agent for a business, those systems process information about that business's customers, such as names, phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts and messages.

• The client owns that data. I process it only to run and improve their service.
• It is stored with the providers that power the service, such as voice AI, telephony, messaging and CRM platforms, in the client's own accounts wherever possible.
• I access it only to set up, test, fix or report on the system.
• When we stop working together, I hand over anything the client needs and delete the copies I hold, unless the law requires me to keep them.

Clients are responsible for telling their customers how their information is used, and for any consent the law requires, for example for call recording or text messages. I help set up the right disclosures.

How long I keep it

I keep messages as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of work I have quoted or done. Ask me and I will delete them.
