What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist is software that answers your business phone 24/7 in a natural voice. It answers common questions, asks the questions you'd ask, books appointments into your calendar and texts you a summary of every call. I set them up for local businesses such as real estate agents, dental clinics, med spas, HVAC and home service companies, and law firms.
Who do you work with?
Local and service businesses that depend on calls and enquiries, mostly in the United States, and also in Canada, the UK, Australia and India. Typical clients are real estate agents and teams, dental and medical clinics, med spas, HVAC, roofing and plumbing companies, restaurants and law firms.
Will it sound robotic?
No. The voice is chosen and tuned for your business during setup, after the receptionist is trained on your services, so it sounds natural, handles interruptions and answers follow-up questions. It tells callers it's an AI assistant, and hands the call to you when a person is needed. Ask for a demo line and hear it on a real call.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Your existing number forwards to the receptionist after a few rings, or only after hours. You choose when it picks up.
How does the chatbot get on my website?
I add one small snippet to your site. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and custom sites, and I handle the install.
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes, as long as you ask every customer and don't offer anything in return. The review agent sends the same friendly request to everyone, which keeps you within Google's rules.

What about call recording rules?
