Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website and the basics of working together. Each paid project also gets a written quote. If the quote and this page disagree, the quote wins.
The demo
The businesses, names and calls in the demo on this site are made up to show how the service works. They are not real clients.
Quotes and payment
- Every project starts with a fixed written quote: a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current paid month.
- If your system isn't live within 14 days of kickoff for reasons within my control, the setup fee is refunded. Waiting on access, information or approvals pauses the clock.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Usage costs such as call minutes and text messages are included or billed at cost, as stated in your quote.
Your responsibilities
- Give me the access and information needed: phone number, calendar, CRM, website and ad accounts.
- Keep the information the AI uses, such as services, prices and policies, accurate.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business, including rules on call recording and consent for calls and texts. I set up standard disclosures, but compliance is your responsibility.
Who owns what
Your accounts and data are yours: ad accounts, phone numbers, recordings, transcripts and leads. Scripts and ad copy written for your business are yours once paid for. I keep the right to reuse general methods and know-how that aren't specific to your business.
About AI and results
AI can occasionally misunderstand a caller or give an imperfect answer. Every system is tested before launch and monitored afterwards, and should hand emergencies and sensitive questions to a person. I work hard to get you more bookings and reviews, but specific results can't be guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me in the 3 months before it. I'm not responsible for outages or changes at third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, telephony or AI providers.
